Fees will be communicated upfront. Payments are mostly non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs are RENG X property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
Misuse or harmful activities are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
RENG X is not liable for direct or indirect damages from use of services.
8. Termination
RENG X can terminate or restrict access at its discretion without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Student / Client Liability & Injury Waiver
When RENG X provides students or clients to the academy, the academy must ensure that the student signs a liability waiver form. Any injury, accident, or harm that occurs during training is the sole responsibility of the student or client. Neither RENG X nor the academy will be held liable for any such incidents.
